I graduated 3 years ago, and I worked in IT-related support job for 1.5 years at the call centre. Then I had a gap after I left there.
I got stuck there when returning to IT/software career because I don’t know what I need to learn, have no ideas how to get started.
My determination is not enough, after coming to Industry Connect, I got to know everything I need to land a proper software job like today.
My colleagues at Apple support have all got a good degree, but they ended up to work at the call centre there and doing support roles. I told everyone there to come to Industry Connect while they are waiting for my success.
