Congratulations Kimi! What would you suggest to people who want to get into Industry Connect?
According to my experience I think the most important thing is your technical skills.
For a BA Developer, there are more advanced skills, so you need to keep yourself up to date and also some standard BI software you need to be very familiar with it.
The second thing, especially for people like me the international student, I think the second important thing is the local network; your connection with the other BI expert or some IT staff
The last one is your local experiences. For companies in New Zealand, I think those recruitment teams will see you have a lot of comprehensive local experience, which can be a strong proof of your technical skills.

Yes, absolutely. I’d really like to refer Industry Connect to everyone who is interested in the industry.
Before I joined Industry Connect I was totally different from myself currently, so I would like to introduce Industry Connect to everybody, because you can get your local IT experience with “tough” projects, and also you can get training from the real industry people which can build your career smoothly.
