We caught up with her to ask about her time with us and what she thought of the initiative.
Congratulations on your new job as a test consultant Vineetha! Do you think Industry Connect helped you in landing this new role?
It did, it definitely did, because I was looking for work before the program and internship. I had a 7 or 8 year gap, so it was hard because no one would even call me for an interview.
But this internship definitely helped, because I could learn the latest technologies, and it’s hands-on experience. So yeah, it has been good, it has helped me a lot.
Great! Which part did you enjoy the most?
It was good to have your teammates – everyone was helpful. We all have doubts, but we could discuss it with each other. It was good to have such a network, especially when you’re doing the tasks – you don’t want to your mentor and ask all these questions. It’s better to ask your team and then find a solution.
